All products are handmade.
Processing time is 1-5 days.
Delivery:
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Omniva and Unisend parcel and Standard delivery through Latvia post office.
In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia we send with Omniva and Unisend parcel
Delivery fee shipping with Omniva parcel in Latvia 3,50 euros, in Lithuania and Estonia 6,50 euros. Delivery fee shipping with Unisend parcel in Latvia is 2 euros, in Lithuania and Estonia 2,50 euros.Omniva and Unisend parcel delivery in Latvia takes about 2-5 days.
In Lithuania and Estonia, Omniva and Unisend parcel delivery takes about 2-7 working days.
In other countries, we ship orders using standard delivery through the Latvia post office.
Delivery time to other countries is approximately 5-20 working days.
Delivery times are approximate only and may change at any time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred when the shipment reaches your destination country. Moonlightpaws is not responsible for these fees if applicable and is the responsibility of you as the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within X days after receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will take care of it for you.
Return Policy:
Please note that we do not exchange or refund individual and custom orders,sale section items or used products. When placing order for individual or custom order YOU as customer are responsible for your choices and given information!
You can exchange items in their original, unused condition with their original packaging and can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. Your refund will then be processed and the money automatically transferred to your original payment method - this may take several business days depending on the service provider.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, please make sure to contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to discuss your options.
Our materials, like most things, are not resistant to dog teeth chewing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to our products caused by your dog.
